The grain boundary segregation in two Fe-Si alloys with the different bulk phosphorus contents was investigated. The correlations between the phosphorus grain boundary concentration, the portion of intergranular fracture, and the dynamic fracture toughness were presented, which fulfil the theoretical expectation
