In this study we present two different ways of preparation of grafted polymeric drug conjugates. Drug in this conjugates is attached to the polymer backbone via pH-sensitive hydrazone bond enabling controlled release in the target tumor cells. These grafted conjugates with higher molecular weight should exhibit higher antitumor activity than free drug or previously prepared polymer conjugates due to the EPR effect.
V této práci prezentujeme dva způsoby přípravy roubovaných polymerních konjugátů obsahujících léčivo Doxorubicin navázané přes pH-senzitivní hydrazonovou vazbu. Tyto konjugáty by měli být díky EPR efektu přednostně dopraveny do nádorových tkání a prokazují zvýšenou protinádorovou aktivitu než volné léčivo nebo dříve připravené polymerní konjugáty.
