Subject RIV: EI - Biotechnology ; Bionics
The presence of TNT and ADNT did not influenced enzymatic activity of nitroreductase whereas glutathione S-transferase changed according to the time of exposition and concentration of xenobiotik tested.
Přítomnost TNT a ADNT neovlivnili nitroreduktasovou aktivitu enzymů zatímco aktivita glutathion S-transferasy se měnila v závislosti na době exposice a koncentraci testovaného xenobiotika.
