Technical parameters: Detektor panchromatické katodoluminiscence umožňuje detekci malého množství fotonů z biologických vzorků po jejich ozáření elektrony s energiemi od 2 keV, proudem svazku mezi 30 pA – 0.6 nA. Detektor byl vyroben a testován na různých typech biologických preparátů v rozsahu teplot od -140°C po 20°C. The detector of panchromatic cathodoluminescence allows to detect a small quantity of photons emitted from biological samples after being irradiated by electrons with energies starting from 2 keV with probe currents from 30 pA to 0.6 nA. The detector was tested on different types of biological samples in the temperature range from -140°C to 20° C.
