Data pro článek. Structure-function relation of cytokinins determines their differential efficiency in mediating tobacco resistance against iPseudomonas syringae.

Description: Výsledky stanovení celkového obsahu sacharidů, tokoferolu a sterolů pomocí GC/MS v tabáku. Jedná se o vypočítané koncentrace výše uvedených metabolitů ve vzorcích listu tabáku ovlivněných různými cytokininy a inokulovaných Pseudomonas syringae. Tyto data byly použity ve článku GROSSKINSKY et al. 2025 Structure-function relation of cytokinins determines their differential efficiency in mediating tobacco resistance against iPseudomonas syringae, který byl publikován v časopise Physiologia Plantarum (https://doi.org/10.1111/ppl.70028).
[Results of determination of total carbohydrates, tocopherols and sterols content in tobacco by GC/MS. These are calculated concentrations of the listed metabolites in tobacco leaf samples affected by different cytokinins and inoculated with Pseudomonas syringae. These data were used in the article GROSSKINSKY et al. 2025 Structure-function relation of cytokinins determines their differential efficiency in mediating tobacco resistance against iPseudomonas syringae, which was published in Physiologia Plantarum (https://doi.org/10.1111/ppl.70028).]
