Like natural ECM, they regulate the gene expression in cells, and as a consequence, the adhesion, viability, proliferation and differentiation of the cells. Cell attachment and spreading is strongly influenced by the physiochemical properties of the material surface, namely its chemical composition, surface energy, polarity, wettability, roughness, topography and mechanical properties Pracoviště Fyziologický ústav Kontakt Lucie Trajhanová, lucie.trajhanova@fgu.cas.cz, Tel.: 241 062 400 Rok sběru 2012
