In this study, we mutated 27 basic residues all along the C-terminal tail of TRPA1 and explored their role in AITC and voltage-dependent gating. We identify basic residues in the C-terminus that are strongly involved in TRPA1 voltage and chemical sensitivity, some of them may represent possible interaction sites for negatively charged molecules that are generally considered to modulate TRPA1 Pracoviště Fyziologický ústav Kontakt Lucie Trajhanová, lucie.trajhanova@fgu.cas.cz, Tel.: 241 062 400 Rok sběru 2011
