Extrusion and intrusion topography and kinetics are documented. The dependence of extrusion height on the number of cycles is obtained. Two regimes of extrusion growth are identified. Average intrusion growth rate is assessed. Pracoviště Ústav fyziky materiálu Kontakt Yvonna Šrámková, sramkova@ipm.cz, Tel.: 532 290 485 Rok sběru 2011
