The removal is done as solid phase extraction with the peptides bound to the reversed phase resin. The detergent or polymer molecules are washed away using chlorinated solvents. Several aspects of the method were carefully tested and its sensitivity was shown. It is suitable for removal of different non-ionic detergents or polymers on peptide or protein level and it can be easily automated. Its compatibility with hydrogen/deuterium exchange was shown and demonstrated on the mapping of full membrane protein Pracoviště Mikrobiologický ústav Kontakt Eliška Spurná, eliska.spurna@biomed.cas.cz, Tel.: 241 062 231 Rok sběru 2011
