Whereas captopril reduced LVH, indapamide enhanced NOS activity and decreased oxidative damage in the case of the combined treatment. The complex protective effects of the combined indapamide plus captopril treatment on hypertension are exerted via its effects on blood pressure, heart hypertrophy and vasorelaxation Pracoviště Fyziologický ústav Kontakt Lucie Trajhanová, lucie.trajhanova@fgu.cas.cz, Tel.: 241 062 400 Rok sběru 2010
