We demonstrate that the sign of the voltage with respect to the addition of ACT determines the type of channels formed and their voltage dependence. Moreover, calcium ions in millimolar concentration were found to enhance the voltage-dependence of ACT-channels Pracoviště Mikrobiologický ústav Kontakt Eliška Spurná, eliska.spurna@biomed.cas.cz, Tel.: 241 062 231 Rok sběru 2009
