The aim of the study was to show that the fluorescence techniques alone provide sufficient information on the micellar system, allowing thus for the fully conclusive study. Other techniques, such as static and quasielastic light scattering (SLS and QELS) and atomic force microscopy (AFM) were used just for comparison in order to prove the reliability of FCS results and to estimate their accuracy. Behavior of ORB in aqueous solutions, the association-dependent changes in its UV-Vis and fluorescence spectra and its binding kinetics.
