The proliferation of human osteoblast-like MG 63 cells was the quickest on the samples with the lowest surface roughness, i.e. the polished samples. These cells also contained the highest concentration of integrin adhesion molecules with alpha V chain. The cells on electro-eroded Ti5Al2.5Fe contained the highest concentration of osteocalcin and osteopontin, i.e. markers of osteoblastic differentiation Pracoviště Fyziologický ústav Kontakt Lucie Trajhanová, lucie.trajhanova@fgu.cas.cz, Tel.: 241 062 400 Rok sběru 2007
