This meeting focused on defining a comprehensive TCS - Thematic Core Services plan forming the basis for the EPOS implementation of the integrated services. The goals of the meeting were: to define the basic TCS’s and a roadmap for the technical integration of TCS and ICS; to define a realistic TCS organization, governance and financial model; to establish an EPOS data policy; to define a TCS - ICS implementation plan and strategy including the financial plan.
