In this contribution Equine and Swine influenza viruses from the infected allantoic fluid from specific pathogen free embryonated chicken eggs were precipitaded by PEG 6000, sodium chloride and the impurities with different densities were removed in the sucrose gradients. The purification efficiency of this technique and the isoelectric points of tested viruses were determined by capillary isoelectric focusing, the purification efficiencies were compared with the results from PCR.
