This work focuses on the antioxidant screening and chemical characterization of various extracts obtained by pressurized liquid extraction. Optimization of extraction conditions, antioxidant screening, determination of monomeric anthocyanin pigment, phenolic compounds and organic acids of berries and leaves samples were performed.
