The chapter analyzes the reliability and validity of the Resource Generator composed of 12 items measuring three dimensions of social resources - Personal Support, Political and Financial Skills and Prestige-related Social Capital - in the Czech context. The results show a moderate test-retest reliability of the different items, but good test-retest reliability of the factor Personal Support, as well as good construct and criterion validities.
