Der Beitrag befasst sich mit dem alchemistischen Konvolut (ÖNB 11133) des rudolfinischen Alchemisten und Edelsteinsucher Simon Thadeas Budek und mit dem hier befindlichen Hinweis auf Christoph Harant von Polžice. Das Beispiel von Simon Thadeas Budek zeigt ein breites Netz von sozialen Kontakten, die der Alchemist pflegte und dem außer den kaiserlichen Höflingen auch Ärzte oder Handwerker-Künstler gehörten.

The article is about alchemical convolute (ÖNB 11133), written by a rudolphinian alchemist and searcher for precious stones Šimon Tadeáš Budek, and about a mention of Kryštof Harant, which can be found in it.
