LiCaAlF6 (LiCAF) crystals doped with two different ions (europium and lead) have been investigated as potential new dosimetric materials. The stability of thermally stimulated luminescence (TSL) glow peaks in LiCAF:Eu was evaluated by means of the initial rise technique.
