Článek informuje o interdisciplinárním projektu conDENSE. Zabývá se výzkumem města, geografickými, socio-prostorovými a kulturními transformacemi Brna, přesněji vnitřním městem v období postsocialismu. Sleduje transformace v sousedských vztazích k bydlení v rámci změn ve vlastnictví. Zabývá se také nově vzniklými tzv. studentskými domácnostmi.

This paper informs an interdisciplinary project conDENSE. It deals with urban research, geographical, socie-spatial and cultural trancformations of Brno, namely of its inner city in the period of postsocialism. In traces transformations in the neighbourhood relations as well as changes in the relationship to dwellings, houses and their environs within the frame of the property changes. It also deals with newly established student households.
