The parasitoids of Macrosiphoniella aphids from the western palearctic region are reviewed and keyed. The host associations and distribution of each species are summarized. Aphidius stigmaticus n.sp. reared from Macrosiphoniella tanacetaria (western Iran) is described and some taxonomic problems are discussed.
