Anotace
For years industrial cesium-beam frequency standards have been used in a number of time and frequency applications as the best-suited sources for physical realization of the second. This paper discusses parameters of these standards that have the main impact on the physical approximation of the definition of the second. Also demonstrated is the uncertainty that can be achieved with the best industrial cesium-beam standards in the whole range of averaging times.
