The effect of the type of isomorphously substituted (IS) atoms (Al, Fe, B) on the number of isolated IS atoms and their pairs (IS-Si-IS and IS-Si-Si-IS), and on the distribution of these IS pairs in the framework of ZSM-5 structure prepared under the same reaction conditions was investigated.
