Fe-doped Sb2Te3 single crystals were studied to propose way ofincorporation of Fe atoms into Sb2Te3 lattice. To actieve this, x-raydiffraction analysis, some optical properties (reflectance) andtransport properties (Hall const., Seebeck coeff., el. cond.) weremeasured.
