Synthesis of antibody-targeted polymer-doxorubicin conjugates differing in the structure of the polymer carrier and the mechanism of drug release was elaborated. During the treatment with polymer-doxorubicin conjugates, the immune system of treated mice is activated and an effective long-term anti-tumor immunity is established. Antibody-targeted polymer drugs are thus promising candidates for effective cancer treatment.
