In the spring 1911, the Viennese banks ended the transformation of the railway carriage, engineering and copper factories, founded and owned by the famous Prague family, Ringhoffer, into the joint venture. Thanks to the successful transfornation, the Ringhoffers gradually became the dominant producer of the railway carriages in Central Europa.
