The efficiency of PCBs transformation was tested using the cells of different plant species cultivated in vitro. The transformation products of individual PCB congeners were analysed. Toxicity of the PCB mixture Delor 103 in comparison with the toxicity of individual congeners measured using bacterial test is also discussed.
