The field and temperature dependences of magnetization and specific heat are presented. All studied compounds exhibit a strong uniaxial anisotropy. Ni substitutions increase the critical field for metamagnetism, substitution of 5%Fe is ferromagnetic below 30 K. UCo_0.98Fe_0.02Al and UCo_0.95Ni_0.05Al exhibit ferromagnetism with a significant trace of metamagnetism.
