The workshop focused on different techniques and methodologies, such as Single-Cell RNAseq or Mass Spectroscopy, and their advantages, disadvantages, benefits and limitations. Participants were introduced to practical examples of the methods and their applications and had the opportunity to consult protocols, share their experiences and discuss with the lecturers.The event concluded with an enlightening core facilities tour, giving attendees a hands-on experience of the cutting-edge technology and resources in Proteomics service laboratory, Genomics and Bioinformatics laboratory and CZ-OPENSCREEN: National Infrastructure for Chemical Biology.
