Tématem mezinárodního workshopu byly metody komplexního mapování, analýz a hodnocení území s plošnou památkovou ochranou v kontextu krajinného rámce a území dnešních historických měst. Specifickým tématem kulatého stolu byl obraz města a ochrana jeho panoramatických hodnot ve vztahu k obnově a rozvoji historických sídel. Diskutovány byly vhodné nástroje identifikace a evaluace charakteristických prvků jedinečnosti obrazu a panoramat měst.

International workshop about methods of complex mapping, analysis and assessment of areas with territorial protection in the context of its landscape setting and historic cities as a whole. In specific, round table to the Image of heritage city and protection of its panoramic values in relation to the city regeneration and development was organized. Effective and suitable tools for identification and evaluation of characteristic attributes of specific city image and townscape were discussed.
