The meeting was aimed to promote the exchange and the collaboration between scientists of the HINT consortium working in the field of organic-inorganic hybrids, surfaces and interfaces as well smart, functional and responsive materials. Particular attention was paid to hybrids for energy applications, including topics such as energy storage&conversion, batteries, fuel cells, solar cells, hydrogen production, catalysis , photovoltaic, electrochromism, photochromism, thermochromism, interfaces inside the oxides, the interfaces between binder and oxides and between oxides and polymer or liquid electrolytes.
