The study shows the importance of application of several anthropological approaches for deeper understanding of the past demographic events. The results obtained by the geometric morphometrics approaches are confronted with those obtained by the archaeogenetics and both confirm a multiregional origin of the small and isolated population from Bahriya oasis.
