Beam ellipticity 1:4 for diode-lasers working at 633~nm is compensated by means of holographic diffractive optics on spherical substrates working in the reflection mode. The Fraunhofer diffraction patterns were recorded in a reverse way of testing by CCD camera. The width of the central maximum was about 4 micron.
