    Paper presents the investigation of glottal sound source with human larynges. Vocal fold vibrations were excited by airflow and monitored acoustically, electroglottographically as by laser vibrometry, pressure transducers, videokymography and strob**opy techniques. The paper is focused on presenting a method for monitoring non-linear vibration effects, and on development of a method for casting laryngeal cavities using plaster and metal materials for determining the vocal fold shape in a defined **ation position.
