    An expansion cloud chamber has been equipped with a new mixing unit. The activities of the vapor components can be varied independently. The experimental results, obtained during tests of the set-up with water-n-propanol-argon system, lead us to the suggestion that Henry's and Raoult's laws can be generalized for the case of finite nucleation rate, i.e. for supersaturated systems. The ordinary laws are just a special case for zero nucleation rate (equilibrium).
