    The relaxation process in solids is viewed as the stochastic process of transtions evolving from disturbed organization after sudden deformation. The master equation which governs the evolution of probability distribution is specified accounting Bose-Einstein type of enhancement factor effecting the transition probability per unit time. The resulting non-linear form of the master equation is approximated by a power series expansion. The exact macroscopic equation for the evolution of the relaxing system and used to describe observable quantities emerges from the expansion.
