Privedeny nekotoryje rezultaty experimentalnych issledovanij osnovnych parametrov gidrotransporta tvjerdych disperznych i kuskovych materialov v vertikalnych trubach. Rezultaty mogut byt ispolzovany dlja razrabotky prakticzeskich rekomendacij při sozdanii promyszlennych truboprovodnych sistem dlja podjema kondrecij so dna morej i okeana.
Sand (size 0.3 mm, density 2650 kgm-3), gravel (size < 5 mm, density 2600 kgm-3), spherical and cylindrical bodies of size comparable with pipe diameter (density 2000 kgm-3) were measured in vetical laboratory loops of diameter D = 12,20 and 25 mm. The bodies were used as model of polymetalic nodules mined in deep-ocean and hydraulically transported to water surface. Hydraulic gradient, phases velocities, slip and concentration were evaluated for comparison with pilot plant (tube of D = 150 mm) results.
