The paper dealt with a real 110kV distribution system in Central Slovakia that is supplied from Medzibrod´s 220kV substation by a 200MVA 220/110 kV transformer. A UHP 60MVA electrical arc furnace (EAF) is installed in this area and all the other power supply customers utilize 40 MW.
