Extracellular á-glucosidases from .I.Aspergillus oryzae, Fusarium oxysporum, Aspergillus terreus./I. and .I.Talaromyces flavus./I. were tested to catalyze a stereoselective synthesis of the .I.cis./I.- and .I.trans./I.-isomers of 2-(4-methoxybenzyl)-1-cyclohexyl á-D-glucopyranosides with either D-glucose or phenyl á-D-glucopyranoside as sources of the glucosyl unit.
