Capillary electrophoresis has been chosen as a fast and efficient method for the first step - the separation of PCR amplified restriction fragments and a gel plate as a medium for the second step - sample collection and deposition. In our arrangement, the samples were consecutively collected into the microvials made in gel plate placed at the outlet of the separation capillaries.
