The monograph captures the development of poetic and thematic forms in the poetry of Vladimir Vysockij, from simple forms, which are dependent on musical interpretation, to mature poetic works, which are disengaged from primary musical elements. The development of the poetic system is analysed on the basis of the poetics of the author (comparing Russian and Czech aspects of versology) and on the basis of the cyclical composition of his work.
