Electrical resistivity, magnetization and specific heat measurements confirm a magnetic ordering at 40 K. There is a remarkable magnetic anisotropy with magnetization of 1.6ć_B/f in the plane and 0.2ć_B/f along the hard axis. The anomaly magnetization at 60 k induced by the magnetic field axis has been found.
