Recently we reported on an reentrant dipole glass-like phase formation in K0.9986Li0.0014Ta0.976Nb0.024O3.Here we present the detailed low-frequency dielectric permittivity and Raman scattering data for nrarly the same composition but without li admixture, namely dor KTa0.982Nb0.018O3(KTN). We found that upon cool down, KTN1.8 exhibits soft-mode-driven long range displacive dynamics with phase transition at Tc=27K.
