Recent results on the far infrared and microwave spectroscopy of PbTiO3-PbZrO3 system, BaTiO3-SrTiO3 system and PbSc1/2Ta1/2O3 single crystals, ceramics and thin films is reviewed and discussed emphasising also the low-frequency dielectric properties.
