Effects of enkepalins on spontaneous activity of smooth muscles of the gut and thein opioid receptor preference were investigated. The peptides were synthesized both in solution and on solid phase. Biphasic effect of enkephalin is mediated by neurogenic and myogenic opioid receptors was found.

Účinek analogů enkefalinu na spontánní aktivitu hladkého střevního svalstva byl studován s ohledem na jejich specifitu účinku. Dvojfázový účinek enkefalinů je zprostředkován neurogenními a myogenními receptory.
