Na základě studia archivních materiálů, především korespondence, zachytila autorka snahu skupiny realistů využít k uskutečnění svých vědeckých, kulturních a především politických záměrů jednoho z představitelů tzv. české lobby ve Vídni Eduarda Alberta (1841–1900). Příspěvek je ohraničen lety 1888–1900, přičemž jeho těžiště tvoří přelom 80. a 90. let 19. století, kdy kontakty skupiny realistů a Eduarda Alberta kulminovaly.

Based on the study of material, first the correspondence, the authors took down the effort of the group of „realists“ to improve to the realization their scientific, cultural and political intentions Eduard Albert (1841–1900), the representatives of so called Czech lobby in Vienna. The article is limited by the years 1888–1900 and its centre is done by the break of 80th and 90th of the 19th century when the Albert’s contacts with the “realists” group culminated.
