Quantitative RT-PCR was employed to determine expression levels of AHP genes in individual organs of Arabidopsis thaliana. Extent of regulation of their expression by exo- and endogenous cytokinins was determined.

Metodou kvantitativní RT-PCR byla stanovena úroveň exprese AHP genů v jednotlivých orgánech Arabidopsis thaliana. Byla stanovena míra jejich regulace působením exo- i endogenních cytokininů.
